1. Clean all components from oil, grease, and dirt.
2. Slide the new clutch disc and position it using the clutch alignment tool.
3. After sliding in the newer clutch disc, bolt the pressure plate back on and replace the gearbox.

You are now ready to reinstall the transmission, but before you install the transmission, assemble a new throw-out bearing with a release lever equipped with pre-lubricated pivot points. Tip – Align the gearbox in the slotted hole and push it forward to secure it until it slides completely. Just take your time with this step and practice it a few times until you get it right. Once the gearbox is aligned, put the bolts back in and tighten them properly.

Support the optional transmission socket to secure all the pipes, wires, and gear selector levers to the gearbox at this stage. After putting the gearbox back in place and tightening the bolts, slowly release the jack. Hold the transmission and let the car drop to its original position. Now is the time to hit the road again and test the replacement car clutch. Take a short trip to make sure the replaced Clutch is working properly.
